1. Who we are

XShopDigital ("we," "us," "our") operates the website xshopdigital.com, an online marketplace for digital subscriptions, AI tools, gift cards, domains, web hosting, and web/graphic design services.

2. Digital products

Most items sold on XShopDigital are digital and delivered electronically — subscription access, gift card codes, license keys, or account credentials. Because digital goods are delivered instantly or shortly after payment confirmation, once a code or credential has been delivered to your account, the order is generally considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a "change of mind" refund. 3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login and any delivered credentials confidential. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, including eSewa, Khalti, and manual QR payment with screenshot verification. Orders paid by manual/QR methods are confirmed once our team verifies the payment; this is not instant.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, share, or use purchased subscriptions/credentials in a way that violates the original service provider's own terms (e.g. Netflix, Spotify, or similar providers' terms of use). We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands whose subscriptions or gift cards we sell.

6. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or to third-party services (domain registrars, hosting providers, payment gateways) that we depend on.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XShopDigital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchased products.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
